Returns & Exchanges
We understand sometimes the stars do not align and you find yourself not satisfied with a purchase. Have no worries my soul child!
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your full priced eligible items for a store credit or exchange (in-store only) within 7 days from receipt of your goods. We do not issue refunds.
Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all tags attached. Non-returnable items include: All accessories, baby + kids trinkets, and Sale items.
TO RETURN VIA MAIL:
To begin a return via mail, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return, along with the original tracking/confirmation for the package. Returned merchandise must be securely packaged up with all original tags and include a note with your order number and email address.
Once we receive your return, a member from our team will review your order. Upon approval, your store credit will be issued minus shipping costs. Please allow 2 to 3 business days to process your return once it’s received. Details of your store credit will be emailed and can be redeemed online or in store. Store credit do not expire.
NOTE: Kasavah cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit. Kasavah is not responsible for return shipping costs.
Please contact Kasavah immediately at email@example.com if merchandise is received damaged or defective. Kasavah is not held responsible for defective and damaged merchandise after the 7 day return policy.
